This 19. Century Building in Munichs Neuhausen District housed a beer hall in the 1920’s and later a Shoestore. In 2016, the decision was made to convert the premises into offices for a building cooperative. The restoration of the facade and stucco ceiling was completed in close cooperation with the city’s Heritage Conservation Department.
The offices house 8 workspaces, a meeting box and a common area. The spatial concept allows working in groups as well as individually. Historic wood floors merge with modern light and furniture elements to create new spatial impressions.
